The Room Schedule allows you to book guest reservations by room type, while viewing available and occupied room inventory for a selected time period. Simply click and drag to automate the reservation process instantly booking a room with its applicable daily rate and rate card description.

Alternatively, the Room Schedule lets users reserve by room number, while viewing availability and occupancy for the day, week or month. Again, simply click and drag to complete a guest or group room reservation.

The Date Summary screen allows you to observe your reservation activity and generate invaluable reports from one convenient platform. You may access the Date Summary at any moment and receive a current summary of your entire operation at the click of a button. Find out your property’s average Rev-Par, occupancy rate, room availability by type, sell availability, and more. Generate a critical reservation summary, arrivals in house overview, and group reservation reports instantly.

Generate Correspondence

You may generate customized invoices, itineraries, registration cards, or confirmation letters, and instantly e-mail/fax outputs to your guest. Demonstrating ResortSuite’s invaluable single guest profile, the adjacent confirmation letter produced in ResortSuite PMS includes a guest's room reservation as well as the details of his/her spa, golf, and dining reservations.
