Manage Inventory

Product inventory can be received automatically in ResortSuite RETAIL using a hand-held scanning device. Inventory quantities are maintained in real-time, ensuring inventory on-hands are consistently accurate.

An imbedded security feature protects against inventory loss, automatically changing items to red, alerting users that an incorrect inventory count was entered. Users only have one opportunity to rectify the error before the number returns to black.

Execute Payments

ResortSuite RETAIL simplifies the transaction process immensely. Various payment methods are easily administered and applicable currency may be accepted. In a multi-location retail operation, gift certificates or vouchers purchased at one location can be instantly verified and redeemed at any other location within the chain.

Post Charges to Rooms

Retail stores situated in a hotel or resort may easily post charges to guest’s room or house account. ResortSuite RETAIL allows users to verify that the guest is who they say they are and that they’re indeed checked into the hotel or resort.

Manage Staff

ResortSuite RETAIL includes complete staff management capabilities. In addition to maintaining contact information, hourly or weekly pay, and user level data, management can log sick days, requested days off, customer compliments, complaints, etc. for future reference. Product sales performance is also quickly accessible from the Staff Manager screen.
