View Multi-Dimensional Schedules

ResortSuite SPA enables users to quickly view all available/ occupied rooms and scheduled/capable staff for an entire day, or specific rooms or staff members for an entire week. You may observe all guest or group bookings for a day, or select one specific guest or group and view their reservations independently. Reservations are color coded to quickly identify the status of an appointment. Green appointments alert technicians when their guest has arrived; blue identifies a completed service.

Schedule Staff

Scheduling staff has never been so simple and efficient. Schedule individual staff, or multiple staff members for a selected time period, or quickly copy a staff member’s schedule from a previous week. Select staff by type and status, and sort them by type, name, sort order, or staff ID. From the same screen, book breaks, clear breaks, or un-schedule staff seamlessly.

Manage Inventory and Create Purchase Orders

The Spa Items List Manager provides a simple platform for entering the details of your spa products, treatments, and packages. Manage pricing, charge codes, quantity on hands and on order, and more. The Spa Orders Manager helps you quickly create a purchase order, issue it to the appropriate vendor, and later track its status. Operating in real-time, ResortSuite SPA will also automatically notify you when a product has reached its minimum inventory level.

Book Spa Packages

The unique package booking feature allows you to maximize your spa’s available resources and book spa packages effortlessly. Select a package and a start time, and ResortSuite SPA does the rest. Available time slots, rooms, and staff are automatically assigned, and a Book Package pop up window lets you review and/or modify resources as required before the booking process is completed.
